Sing songs, do baby yoga and stretch and tone your body with the needed adjustments to help strengthen and heal your body from the inside out. Group classes are perfect for people looking to keep up with their yoga practice in the comfort of their home. All classes are done via Zoom with a small number of students to I ensure I can see everyone to give proper adjustments and cuing to fit everyone’s needs. I am happy to stay online afterwards to answer any questions or just discuss life in general!
