Class Schedule
Mom & Baby yoga classes offer the perfect opportunity to move your body while connecting with your baby. Suitable until babies start crawling. Sing songs, do baby yoga and stretch and tone your body with the needed adjustments to help strengthen and heal your body from the inside out. Connect with your baby and yourself in this safe space for moms and babies.
Group classes are perfect for people looking to keep up with their yoga practice in the comfort of their home. All classes are done via Zoom with a small number of students to I ensure I can see everyone to give proper adjustments and cuing to fit everyone’s needs. I am happy to stay online afterwards to answer any questions or just discuss life in general!

Private lessons are perfect for anyone who is looking to deepen their yoga practice. All classes will be via Zoom and created around your specific needs and goals to make sure you get the results you are aiming for. This can be a great option if you are new to yoga, have any injuries, looking to take your practice to the next level or just wanting to develop your own personal yoga practice.
